Introduction

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Freelens Flow ("we," "us," or "our"), a SaaS platform designed to help freelancers manage projects, clients, and workflows ("Services"). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

Freelens Flow is operated by Keyan LLC, located in Sheridan, Wyoming, United States. If you have questions about these Terms, reach out to us at contact@freelensflow.com.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering for an account, clicking "I Agree," or using the Services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and have the authority to bind yourself or your entity to these Terms. These Terms incorporate our Privacy Policy by reference.

2. Description of Services

Freelens Flow provides tools for project and client management, time tracking, meeting scheduling, agreement templates, invoicing, productivity analytics, lead tracking, and cold outreach. We may update or modify the Services at any time without notice.

3. Accounts and Registration

To access most features, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate information and keep it updated. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms.

4. Subscriptions and Payment

Plans: We offer Free, Basic, Pro, and Elite plans with features as described on our pricing page.

Billing: Paid plans (Basic, Pro, Elite) are billed monthly or annually in advance. All fees are non-refundable except as specified in our refund policy.

Refund Policy: We provide a 7-day money-back guarantee for new Basic, Pro, and Elite subscriptions. Request a refund by emailing contact@freelensflow.com within 7 days of purchase. One refund per user; no refunds for renewals or add-ons. Upon approval, your account will be downgraded to Free, and the refund (minus Stripe fees) will be processed within 5-7 business days via Stripe.

Payment Processing: We use Stripe for payments. You authorize us to charge your payment method for recurring fees. Update payment details in your account to avoid service interruption. Failed payments grant a 7-day grace period; non-payment after this may result in account suspension.

Taxes: All prices include applicable taxes (e.g., VAT) based on your location, calculated automatically by Stripe. We may adjust fees with 30 days' notice.

5. Use of Services

You may use the Services for lawful purposes only. You agree not to:

• Use the Services to violate laws, infringe rights, or send spam (e.g., unsolicited cold outreach)
• Upload malicious code or interfere with the Services
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or copy the Services
• Use automated systems (e.g., bots) without permission

For cold outreach, comply with anti-spam laws (e.g., CAN-SPAM, GDPR). We are not responsible for your content or compliance.

6. Intellectual Property

The Services, including software, content, and trademarks, are owned by us or our licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the Services for your personal or business use. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Services.

7. User Content

You retain ownership of content you upload (e.g., client data, agreements). You grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, store, and display your content to provide the Services. You represent that your content does not infringe third-party rights and complies with laws.

8. Third-Party Integrations

The Services integrate with third parties (e.g., Resend for emails, Stripe for payments, Google/Zoom for meetings). We are not responsible for third-party services, which have their own terms and privacy policies.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or for any reason with notice. Upon termination, your account and content may be deleted. Sections surviving termination include Intellectual Property, Disclaimers, and Limitation of Liability.

10. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The Services are provided "as is" without warranties. We disclaim all implied warranties (e.g., merchantability, fitness for purpose). We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (e.g., lost profits). Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 12 months. Some jurisdictions may not allow these limitations.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your use of the Services, content, or violations of these Terms.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

This Agreement is governed by the laws of Wyoming, USA. Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts within this jurisdiction.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms with 30 days' notice via email or in-app. Continued use constitutes acceptance.

14. Miscellaneous

These Terms are the entire agreement. If any provision is invalid, the rest remains enforceable. No waiver of any term is binding unless written.
